Where to eat, have fun and drink like a local?

We are here with Nice, the capital of the French Riviera, a mix of beaches, history, architecture, and delicious food. A coastal city surrounded by rolling hills, Nice's restaurants play with innovative new trends and enjoy using local products to capture traditional French and Mediterranean flavors. I wanted to start with the unmissable Nice restaurants.

~ L’Ane Rouge

For food enthusiasts looking to spend a day in the life of a meticulous chef, Michel Devillers' restaurant on the waterfront of Nice harbor is the ideal place. Also, this restaurant recommended by Ayhan Sicimoğlu, L'Ane Rouge offers cooking classes starting with selected ingredients from the local market and then preparing food with the chef himself and wine tasting. The classes provide a glimpse of Michel Devillers' supplies from their own personal network of local suppliers, sourcing from his own personal network, including his fisherman's friend 'Gilbert', who continues the traditional way of angling to bring the freshest fish to tables at L'Ane. Rouge. Of course, simply dining at L'Ane Rouge is an obvious and completely legitimate way to taste Deviller's beautifully presented creative cuisine.

Best Pâtisserie In Nice

~ Boulangerie Blanc

It is on the Rue Cassini road on the port road. This patisserie has been my favorite since my first holiday in Nice. I don't go to Cours Saleya without visiting this patisserie. How not to stop at this pastry shop! The smell of bread and bakery products from the roadside envelops you and you have no choice but to follow your nose.

Their spread is enormous and bright. You want to eat this, this, that and ooh ... me one of them. Of course, since my days of staying in Nice were too long, I did not go in every time I passed in front of me to gain more weight, but I kept myself very hard not to enter. The staff is incredibly friendly with us. Of course, they got to know me after a while.

Later, Pierre's two sons Nicolas and Christophe run the patisserie. Aware of the gourmet, well-being, and ecological needs, Nicolas and Christophe are committed to nutrition and environmental protection. The passionate adventurers, their expertise, and their experience have enabled them to acquire undeniable knowledge.
